Payment and prices

All prices are negotiated and agreed and will not be changed in the future without notice. The individual and current total price for your order is summarised at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment - any cost for EUR pallets may be added.

We offer the following payment methods:

Invoice with 30 days credit unless otherwise agreed when ordering.

Payment terms are also stated at checkout under each payment option.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Deliveries: For orders under SEK 7,000 excluding VAT, a shipping fee of SEK 500 will be added.
Deliveries outside Sweden: Shipping is charged at cost.

We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to customers regarding delivery delays due to carrier-related obstacles.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as parcels, not cash on delivery.
