Groku
Snap Pack represents Groku in Sweden. We have many successful years together and production takes place securely in Germany. We have ongoing assignments from many different types of customers, from wholesalers to both large and small industrial companies and manufacturers. We deliver directly from Germany or with stockholding and call-off, with or without your own branding on the buckets. When you need to choose a bucket, size or format, we help you with everything from samples to testing and graphic materials that you can prepare in our studio before deciding which bucket is right for you.
The company is founded
The story begins in 1938, when Heinrich Großekämpe founded a brickworks in the local village of Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock. After 75 years, production is still located in the same place in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, but instead of producing bricks, the company now produces plastic buckets for customers throughout Europe.
The Groku company
Today, Groku stands for the production and delivery of high-quality plastic buckets, both in Germany and across the rest of Europe. Its reputation as one of the leading suppliers is built on a high degree of flexibility as well as the knowledge and experience gained over more than 45 years in injection moulding technology. The focus is on meeting customers’ high requirements through continuous development of products and processes. Groku specialises in oval, round and rectangular buckets for both food and non-food applications.
Printing “In-Mould Labelling (IML)”
In the packaging industry, in-mould labelling is used as an alternative to offset printing. Thanks to the in-mould label, there are hardly any technical limits when it comes to design, and advanced design solutions can also be realised. IML is a printed polypropylene film that is placed directly in the plastic injection mould for the bucket before being formed together with the bucket during the injection moulding process. Groku has extensive experience with this method and works closely with leading label manufacturers.
Print layout
Production takes place in cooperation with carefully selected and experienced printing companies. To ensure that the print fully meets your requirements, all print layouts require customer approval before printing. Naturally, the quality of the submitted materials also has a decisive impact on the result.

Responsibility and care for the environment
Responsible management of natural resources and the environment is a central part of Groku’s operations. The production facility is located in the heart of a charming rural landscape, surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes, which is a daily reminder of the importance of protecting the surroundings.
The environmental work covers three main areas:
- Optimising product weight to save raw materials and energy, including through improved moulds and manufacturing processes, which also results in lower transport weight.
- Use of recycled material to reduce the need for virgin polypropylene.
- Returning production waste to manufacturing through a dedicated recycling system.
Product series
Groku offers several different product series within three main categories: round buckets, oval buckets and rectangular/square buckets.
Round buckets
The EZE series
The buckets are primarily designed for the food industry and stand out thanks to their plastic handle and low weight. EZE buckets are often used for different filling systems/lines; they have the standard dimensions specified by the food industry.
The HOM series
Extra robust buckets for demanding environments and difficult applications. Some of the buckets are available with metal and/or plastic handles and are used in non-food applications.
Oval buckets
Groku has several product series within oval buckets, specially developed for the chemical and paint industries.
The EOX series
The latest innovation in the segment. Benefits include optimised pallet utilisation, improved stability during transport, innovative lid edge design and good mixing properties.
The EOP series
Oval bucket with a user-friendly and tight closing system, 100% leakproof even in paint shakers. Offers a large print area and is particularly suitable for consumer products.
The EOE series
A classic standard bucket for simpler applications. Easy to handle, compatible with paint shakers and with a low stacking height.
Rectangular / square buckets
Groku has several product series within oval buckets, specially developed for the chemical and paint industries.
The ERE series
The ERE series is mainly used by the paint industry and has the classic dimensions specified by this industry. The advantages of ERE buckets are their low height and therefore low stacking height, optimised for pallets and easy handling.
The EQE series
Square buckets with a robust handle or smooth plastic band. A versatile solution used in several industries, primarily the food sector.
